This course will be of benefit practitioners new to immigration, such as trainee solicitors.
Overview
This course is a useful introduction for those new to immigration and would like an understanding of UK immigration law in general. The basics of immigration law will be covered including the legal framework, a number of immigration categories and an overview of procedures. The effect of EU immigration law and also how British citizenship law fits in will also be covered briefly.
