This course is aimed at trainees, newly qualified lawyers and more experienced lawyers who may not have explored planning law in depth and only seen it as a side issue in property transactions.The course will also be of benefit to those practitioners, both in Local Authorities and Private Practice who wish to keep abreast of the latest developments in Planning Law.

Overview

This course will provide a comprehensive overview of planning law and practice. It will also give an update of the latest case law, legislation, and government advice on all aspects of planning law which has taken place over the last 12-18 months.

All the areas of planning which causes particular problems for property lawyers will be dealt with.

By the end of this course you will be able to:
