Overview
Setting up a business is a major decision for any individual. To help ensure the success of a business, choosing the right business entity can be vitally important and taxation is often one of the major factors in deciding which form of business to adopt.
This interactive half day course provides delegates with a basic working knowledge and understanding of the different forms of business and how they are taxed in the UK. Worked examples and case studies will be used to demonstrate how different business entities are taxed. This course will constitute essential learning for anyone needing to advise clients on the types of entities that can be used to operate a business and the tax implications of those entities.
No prior knowledge is required or assumed.
