Those looking to begin working with Microsoft Project to manage their projects and scheduling or those who require more training in the most commonly used features of the program.
Course Content
This half day course offers a hands-on approach to getting around Microsoft Project in order to set up, manage and maintain small and large scale projects. It involves an overview of the key features, project start-up, setting tasks, using the 'Gantt Chart View', implementing flags and indicators, and the creation of bespoke calendars.

- Getting to grips with the Gantt Chart
- Project setup and using the 'Summary Task'
