OFCOM is the communications regulator, regulating TV, radio, fixed and mobile phones, plus airwaves overview. With the industry in the UK having a turnover of over 27 billion pounds this is a growing area of practice. Defamation is an area which many lawyers in private practice are required to advise on and need to know the current state of the law.
