First day of the week-long Mini-MBA for Professionals, which will introduce you to MBA-type thinking, giving you the holistic understanding of business that you need to transform your thinking, your potential and your career. The other workshops include: Book the series or chose individual workshops - it could be the defining moment in your career.

Finance and other professionals who need to develop a more rounded view of business management but who do not have the time and/or organisational resource to complete a full formal MBA course.

Finance professionals in smaller organisations who are expected to cover many other areas in addition to a specialist finance and accounting function.

The Mini-MBA for Professionals programme can help transform your thinking, your career and your potential, giving you the knowledge that will encourage you to think more creatively and manage more effectively.

Discover the principles of strategy and leadership and how to implement them in a busy working environment. You will gain a thorough understanding of the latest business theory, which will give you an insight into the tools and techniques used by other professional members of a management team. So you can better understand their perspective and, as importantly, challenge their thinking, assumptions and proposals - or perform the function itself.

This is not an award of BPP University. A CPD certificate of completion will be provided by BPP Professional Education Limited upon request, following attendance. Under the SRA’s new approach to continuing competence, solicitors are expected to use the Statement of Solicitor Competence to identify and address their learning and development needs. The competence statement requires the following competencies:
