This course is designed for people who want to understand and enhance their personal impact. Our image makes a visual statement about our personality and also indicates our abilities and confidence to our employers, colleagues and clients.

Overview:

In this one day workshop, delegates will be provided with a structured process to enable them to think systematically about the first impression that they want to create when meeting people and be able to understand how we develop our external image (external frame) and align it to our internal image (internal frame).
