BPP has been accredited as an examining body for the QLTT since 1997.
The new QLTT Test Specification issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in July 2007, attached below, governs all providers:
In order to sit for any part of the QLTT, you must first obtain your Certificate of Eligibility from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. You should apply for your certificate as soon as possible as this can take up to 12 weeks to be processed. Please download the following application document:

If you have now completed the QLTT, please contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to obtain an AD1 form for Admission to the Roll of Solicitors. Please note that the SRA will also require you to obtain a standard disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) prior to your admission.
