The Test

The Principles of Common Law Test is an oral assessment that tests candidates on their knowledge of the English Legal System and their understanding of contract/tort.

The assessment lasts between 30-40 minutes with 20 minutes' preparation time. The assessment is conducted in English.

The pass mark is 50%.
