The Test

The Property Test is comprised of two parts: Land Law and Conveyancing; and Wills, Probate and Administration. Both parts are worth 50 marks and candidates are expected to answer questions in both parts of the Test.

The Test is 3 hours in length, with an additional 30 minutes' reading time.

The pass mark is 50%
