QLTT

What is the QLTT and who is it for?
The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) is a conversion test that enables lawyers qualified in certain countries outside England and Wales, as well as UK barristers, to qualify as solicitors to practice in England and Wales. In an increasingly competitive world, lawyers with a dual qualification will be able to offer a more comprehensive service to clients.
How it works
The QLTT consists of four different areas, called Heads. The number of Heads which
you are required to sit is governed by your governing jurisdiction and
is prescribed by the SRA.
