Prior to applying to sit the Test(s), you must obtain a Certificate of Eligibility from The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This will specify which Heads of the QLTT you need to pass (based on your home jurisdiction) coupled with any additional requirements for further training.
You will NOT be able to sit the Test(s) without a Certificate of Eligibility. Applications to sit the Test(s) will only be accepted when accompanied by your certificate of eligibility.
