Overview
The emphasis of this course is to enable practitioners to run Small Claims Track cases as cost effectively as possible. The limit on Small Claims cases will ensure many claims are handled in this Track and the economic use of litigators is as equally important as its legal considerations. From this course, delegates will understand the importance of the proportionate use of time and resources.

- Commencing proceedings and maintaining cost effectiveness throughout
- Points of law and appeals
