Course content
This course provides a thorough grounding and update on theEnterprise Act, Competition Act and Articles 81 and 82 of theTreaty of Rome. Companies failing to follow this legislation can befined up to 10% of turnover and moreover, important contractualclauses and agreements are void if they breach the Acts. Thirdparties have the right to sue for damages, and individuals at faultface the prospect of imprisonment.
