National Police Improvements Agency

BPP have been accredited by the National Police Improvements Agency (NPIA) as an Approved 'Preferred Supplier of Training' for Supervisors and Managers in the Police Service who have responsibility for the Performance and Conduct Regulations 2008.

Rod Goddard, Head of the Law Enforcement, commented: "The new regime when properly understood and applied, offers major and radical opportunities for; the improvement of the complaints and misconduct processes, increasing police performance and reducing sickness absence.
