Overview

Assessing the value of a personal injury claim is one of the most difficult, but vital parts of litigation. If you get the quantum too low, you may have a negligence claim against you. If you assess the quantum too high, a Part 36 offer against you may rob the client of much of his compensation and you of part of your costs.

  • What items to include
  • How to use the Ogden Tables and multipliers
  • How to calculate special damages
